AFTER SCHOOL CLUB INFORMATION:-

NEWS FLASH FOR THE COLD WINTER MONTHS-
Dear parents.
We would like to inform you that this is a final admission time for the extra after school reading clubs, we have opened them with native British and American teachers.
We understand the importance for reading, and some parents have very long work hours and cannot spend as much time as they would like at home following up with their child/ren....

The reading clubs are run daily after school and held in our school library and multimedia lab.. The places are very limited and it will be a first come first served basis. Any age can attend and the children will have a reading log and special program at their own pace and read to the teacher and be taught how to read at their own pace. There will be 5 different native teachers teaching your child/ren to read so they can offer their wide and varied skills in many different ways. Each teacher has her own way and gift a great teacher is like a burning candle that sets a light on their path ahead in life. There will be 2 native teachers teaching each session.

The teachers will be as follows.
Saturday - Native Pure American teachers.
Sunday- Pure British Native teachers.
Monday- Pure Canadian native teachers.
Tuesday -British/Scottish native teachers.
Wednesday - Pure Native Canadian /Aussie teachers.
Master’s degree in English - evaluator of the week’s progress. This teacher will attend in every sessison, supervising and recording the childs progress.

The reading clubs will give the student a very easy one to one creative reading experience. The child will have the chance to log out books at their age range from the library and read one to one with their teacher. For those children whom cannot read at all the teacher will do her level next to teach the child at his or her pace to read using the jolly phonics scheme and smart board interactive programs for reading. The library hosts one of our smart boards and interactive lessons may be in use to give the child the best possible experience and a head start. As the cold winter months are upon us if parents are going to be late in pick up this gives both the student and parents a good option. The child will remain in a warm supervised environment having fun and learning to read. The clubs have conditions and rules should be applied.

If you feel this program may help your child, please feel free to contact the admissions office on 0530208907 / 01 4649666 where the dedicated admissions team would be happy to answer any questions on this matter. You may enrol for this at any time limited places are available. Thank you
